Night Doula Support
Overnight support gives you the opportunity to rest and recover while knowing that you and your baby are being cared for.
During the night, I can support you with feeding, settling, winding, nappy changes and soothing your baby back to sleep. If you are breastfeeding, I can bring your baby to you for feeds and then take care of settling them afterwards, allowing you to return to sleep more quickly. I can also offer gentle guidance around feeding, sleep and newborn care, always following your preferences and your baby’s individual needs.
Overnight support is usually offered in 8–10 hour shifts and priced from £320 for a 9-hour night.
